Skipping is faster than walking and more fun than running, yet many of us abandon it as we grow older. I've always wondered why adults stop skipping and why we feel embarrassed doing it in public.

I believe skipping reconnects us with the playfulness often lost in adulthood. By normalizing public skipping, I challenge social norms that make us self-conscious about simple pleasures. Skipping encourages others to embrace their inner child and have fun without judgment.

Creating videos of my skipping adventures and sharing them is incredibly rewarding. It's about spreading joy and inspiring others to break free from societal constraints. I enjoy making these videos and motivating others to join in. Skipping can make us smile, lift our spirits, and remind us it’s okay to have fun at any age.
